I'm not quite sure if you will have the tools I need. Can you source specific tools that you don't stock?

Yes! Of course. Whilst we aim to stock a wide range of everyday use tools, we can't have everything on hand. If you're after something in demand or something a little more specific - we are more than happy to try and source them for you. Just ask!

I'm new to having gas at home. Can you guide me on what I need to know and give me advice?

Yes! We certainly can! It would be our pleasure! We recommend installing a second bottle if you don't have one already. This will help insure you don't get caught off guard. You may need a fitting or two though before you start, so ask the team and they will be more than happy to help!

I heard you have a 'no yearly rental fee on gas bottles option?'.

Yes! We do! Those years surely tick away quickly and thos egas bottle rental fees sure add up over time. We do have an option to void the yearly, on-going rental fee. Give us a call to find out more!

I am on a pension. Do you have a pensioner discount?

Whilst we don't offer a pensioner discount, there is a government rebate available to take advantage of. So we suggest you check Service NSW and see if you are eligible.

These guys are amazing. We got told one day by another company "after 20 years of delivering to you we refuse to go down your driveway anymore...so we wont be delivering your gas bottles" Best thing that ever happened to me, because i found PT Trade Supplies. Their customer service is FANTASTIC....never complain about my driveway....even in the rain...and they know who I am when I call. Keep up the great work PT Trade
