Wow! I have never been to this store and not received the best and friendliest customer service of any store I have shopped in. Great work staff. I will not shop anywhere else.

I cannot fault PetQuarters what so ever! We are 100% happy with the service they give our fur baby Pearl our Border Collie. She gets a wash, trim ,brush and blow dry for a really good price. She gets so excited when her groom day comes every 4 weeks because she knows Jess is going to look after her and make her look and feel wonderful. So thank you PetQuarters and thank you Jess for taking such good care of our little girl Pearl.

Great pet grooming at Rutherford branch of the franchise. But terrible lack of information on website and Rutherford contact details don't exist. Booked by phone for Rutherford and ended up with the wrong booking in Newcastle. Need a better website and clear phone contact details for each branch.
