Firstly I will say that the quoted price was good, that is where the good ends though unfortunately.... Novus returned vehicle after windscreen replaced, windscreen filthy, drove to car wash and only the drivers side wiper worked. Called Novus and advised, they did attend to look at issue only to advise that they had to speak to a VW tech/friend to find out what issue was. After another two days of non contact I researched and found out the part that was missing and had a quote prepared by VW advising Novus that I had a quote made up for them and to contact VW to order. A further two business days passed and they had still not got back to me . I called VW and the part I had quoted had not been ordered, I ordered and paid for the part myself to fix their error. Still require two trim clips that they broke or did not refit. Not happy my car was left in an unroadworthy condition, customer service is not where it should be for a business owner.

Totally disappointed with novas I use to use novas all the time but will never use them again.i rang 3 times to get a quote for fixing my vx commodore wagon rear back window rubber and was told 3 times we will ring you back but they never rang me back totally disappointed in Townsville novas
