We had ongoing work carried out on our cooktop over a period of nearly 9 months. The electrician’s work was fine, hence the one star. The customer service, however was rubbish. Orders for parts were misplaced, which greatly delayed progress and communication was poor. We occasionally initiated phone contact to check on progress and dealt with a variety of customer service staff over the 9 months. They were complacent, condescending, ineffectual or dishonest, not sure which, and generally not very friendly or helpful. All in all, it appeared that there was a culture of NON customer care. Eventually the work was completed and we received a discount of $50 for our troubles, but we hope to never have to deal with this business again.
