The service at Mach 1 Fitness is friendly and very personal. It's an awesome little Pilates gym. And an added bonus is Meer, the studio dog.

I can’t recommend this studio highly enough. I often find it hard to recommend local trainers for I have trained with the best of the best. Mark is an exception to this. He has a great understanding of the human body. He also understands the importance of correct form and technique for both injury prevention and rehab.

Mark and his team are very knowledgeable and friendly. Mach 1 Fitness is a wonderful facility close to the suburbs and the city.

Mark, Nikki, and Kia are all great teachers. They are very patient and kind. All the members are supportive and friendly, which makes it a really nice environment to train in. I couldn't recommend Mach 1 Fitness enough. It's amazing! I have been going for the last four months, and I noticed a huge difference in my general strength, posture, and core. Plus Meer the Pilates pup is incredibly cute.
