John Eylander, Barrister (first call 10 January 2001) has assisted a broad range of clients, government, business, individuals and private organisations with Court and Tribunal representation, preparation and trial, mediation, alternative dispute resolution, case appraisals and other negotiations. His experience extends to hearings, trials and appeals before the State Courts, Federal Circuit Court and Family Court, Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Court, Dust Diseases Tribunal, and various State Tribunals including the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Queensland Industrial Relations Commission. He is an approved mediator and has conducted mediations for more than 10 years. He was previously a mediator for the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal and Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
