I rang for a taxi on Wednesday afternoon about 5-45 pm to order a taxi to pick us up from our Address in East Maitland to the bank hotel in Melbourne street .. the lady was very abrupt on the phone, not really listening to my details , and I never got a chance to tell her what time I would like to order the cab for !!!! So 10 minutes later a cab arrived in our driveway , so I went down and spoke to the driver , explaining to him that I never got a chance to book a time on the phone , I said can you give us 5 minutes to get ready …??? Which he did … obviously I would I be paying for that !!! About our driver …. If I didn’t know better , I would honestly say he was on something!!! Speech was slurred , I think he actually was asleep in our driveway waiting 5 minutes for us to get ready … and he’s driving was absolutely terrible … we have used this service a few times before & never had a problem …. But will be thinking twice about using it next time … cab number was 1377
