Carries out unauthorised work ie. car went in for alternator replacement.They decided to regas aircon which nobody authorised and now compressor is broken left with a very expensive repair bill.

Thank you DEM for getting my car serviced and brakes repaired last week. You explained all the work you were going to do and rang for approval when you found my brakes needed work as well. I appreciate you taking the time to make sure I understood what work you were doing and then showing me the damaged parts and taking time to explain how to best look after my car between servicing. We will definitely see you guys in the new year!

Bought a car that had recently been serviced and had belts replaced only 12,000kms ago and belts snapped while driving! Messaged over Facebook and asked many questions and asked for a explanation as to why belts broke etc. Through a rough discussion I was left this message before I was blocked via messenger! 'The slipping belt would have been identified by a competent mechanic at your last service interval.' Considering last service interval was only 4,000kms ago and done by DEM! My hats off to you guys for your positive outlook!

We have never done any work for Corey before. We did a RWC and service on a WRX in May that he purchased. Corey has made contact with us via facebook. I did not block him and Corey you are more than welcome to contact me during work hours directly. I have offered to loosen the bolts you have stripped while trying to repair yourself. We cannot be held accountable for you driving the vehicle with loose belts! A simple call when the noise was heard - and I would assume months ago, to rectify the issue would have made this a lot easier and cheaper for you. I don't believe demanding free services via facebook or any other medium is fair. If you had serviced your vehicle as per the manufacturers guide lines (12.500km OR 6 months, whichever occurs first!) then you would not be in this situation and the belt would have been adjusted at this time.
