DAN DID A GREAT JOB CAME OUT THE SAME DAY CHECKED IT ALL OUT STILL WOULDNT KICK IN SO HE TOOK IT HOME SAID MAYBE NEEDED A NEW VIDEO CARD PULLED IT A PART AND CLEANED IT GOT IT GOING HAD IT BACK TO ME THE NEXT DAY DAN WAS ALWAYS VERY POLITE AND THE SERVICE HE GAVE WAS FIRST CLASS I WOULD RECOMMEND DAN TO ALL MY FRIENDS GREAT JOB

Made an appointment with Dan and agreed on a time window. He arrived at the top of that window and soon was able to detect what the problem was - explaining as he proceeded. Very friendly person as well as (obviously) knowledgeable. Happy with pricing to get back to the keyboard. Would recommend Dan to all and sundry.

He was amazing both in his knowledge, skills, manner, reliability, post-repair service and everything else I have not listed! Collected my computer and took it home and was easily able to transfer files from one computer to another. Only negative would be does not service apple.
