About Curvella Bridal
Founder Alex, is a certified Marriage Celebrant, was inspired after seeing many dresses and hearing the stories of local brides and their struggles with choice when they are of a large body shape. Most designers send retailers their size 8 samples. But what use is that? So it's Alex's misson to bring the big city labels to local brides of all sizes, so that every bride regardless of her size could try on her dream gown. We are a size inclusive store and all our gowns can be ordered in sizes 14 to 34 depending on the designer, most of our samples are an 14, 16, 18, 24, 26 or a 28 but we can order your gown in your perfect size! Bridal can run small so if you are a 12 we still have samples for you too! Presenting a stunning selection of wedding dresses, each collection has been carefully considered by The Curvella Bridal Team to ensure both uncompromising quality and design for the curvy lady. Our designers are selected to ensure you, the bride have the opportunity to view a diverse selection of gowns all in the one place.

Do you charge extra for plus size gowns?
Most of the time all our gowns are priced the same regardless of the size. We do not charge a surcharge for larger sizes the 16 is the same price as the 28! We do however charge for additional options such as sleeves and other changes you may wish to make that may add cost to the gown.
How many people are allowed to attend at my bridal appointment?
We recommend bringing 1-3 family members or friends whose opinions you value most. Wedding dress shopping is SO fun, but it can get overwhelming and stressful when a bride is considering the opinions of many people. We feel that more than 3 can send a bride into a spin and the appointment gets dragged out leaving you less time to try on more gowns.
