Services

  • Therapy and health services

  • CPL's team of allied health professionals deliver specialist therapy services for children and adults at our local service site, in your home, at school or work and in the community. We offer a broad range of services including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, social work, equipment and communication aids, as well as early childhood intervention services. Our popular therapy group programs allow our clients to enjoy a change from their usual therapy routine and make friends, while working on their individual therapy goals.

  • Home support and respite

  • We support children, adults and their families during the busiest times of the day with personal care (like showering and getting dressed), mealtime assistance and household support. Our flexible Take a Break' respite service allows parents and carers to take a break while a trained Support Worker assists loved ones, typically in the family home.

  • We support children, adults and their families with personal care, mealtime assistance and household support. We can provide as little or as much support as you'd like, from a 30 minute drop in, ongoing support at home during the busiest times of the day, to 24 hour care. CPL's registered nurses can train you on important subjects such as continence care, epilepsy and medication administration, plus our team can assist with care planning, medication audits and more.

  • Supporting you in your community

  • We support children, adults and seniors to be active members of their communities. Want to learn a new hobby, visit friends and family or tick something off your bucket list? We're here to support you to achieve your goals and live the life you choose. At CPL, our personalised services are based on what you want to do.

  • Vacation Care

  • We offer fun vacation care programs to teenagers with disabilities and their siblings over the school holidays. Our programs offer interesting, educational activities, plus the chance to make new friends in a supportive environment. You may also be eligible to receive childcare benefits and rebates.

  • MyTime parent support group

  • MyTime is a free peer support group for parents and carers of children with disabilities aged up to 16 years old. The group holds monthly MyTime meetings during the day and in the evenings, and hosts family activity days during school holidays. Have a chat, make new friends and join us at MyTime!

  • Group based therapy programs

  • Group based therapy programs provide opportunities for play and learning for families with preschool aged children. Your child will develop new skills and gain confidence by interacting with other children.

  • Health education and training workshops

  • We offer health education and training to parents and carers, siblings, foster carers, other disability organisations and any other individuals who want to learn more about supporting people with disabilities. Our friendly registered nurse can train you on a variety of areas such as peg feeding, gastrostomy support and medication administration to name a few.
