Previously known as "Caloundra Bulk Billing Surgery', we have now switched to a Mixed Billing Service and have rebranded as Caloundra Health Hub. Caloundra Health Hub is a Mixed Billing medical centre for all concession card holders and we Bulk Bill patients under 16 years including Indigenous patients. Male and Female Doctors of your choice are available at our practice, which is located in the heart of Caloundra at 68 Bulcock Street. We are open 5 days a week: Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm. Caloundra Health Hub is a well established medical centre, which provides a wide range of healthcare to the entire family under the one roof by caring, qualified doctors and medical professionals who are committed to providing comprehensive, quality family healthcare to the community. We are also committed to promoting health, wellbeing and disease prevention to all patients. Each patient entering our practice, no matter what their condition or circumstances, will be warmly welcomed and treated with respect, dignity and care by all staff. Our Vision is to develop this Medical Practice to encompass a wide range of health services under the one roof including general practitioners including allied health professionals. Booking and not cancelling your appointment within 4 hours will make you liable for a 'Did Not Attend' fee of $50. Please note no further appointment will be booked until the DNA Fee is paid. Transfer of Medical Records to another clinic has an Administrative Fee of $50, unless only a health summary is requested."
