So disappointed as we stopped here on our way to cairns a month ago and got two finger buns, hardly any icing in them and no flavour. Thought we would give them a second chance as we have been here many time. This morning we bought a 6 pack of hot cross buns. Only 2 saltunas in mine and none in my husband’s bun and tasteless. Sorry we won’t be stopping there ever again. 👎

We always pick up a few loaves when we're on our way through the coast and somehow, their bread always seems to stay fresh for days. It makes me happy when days later, they're still fluffy and soft. Good quality ingredients really make a difference. Plus, their pies are tasty and well-filled and the cakes and sweets have real cream. The serving sizes are also good!

I only stop there when I'm on the run but the place is very clean and both the food and the people are lovely.

Thankful they're open on Sundays! I had their beef and mushroom pie and it was yummy. I washed it down with their cheesecake sampler.

Brearley’s Bakery is the perfect stop when travelling. They serve great coffee and pies and they provide efficient and friendly service. Plus, the store has a beautiful view of the ocean.

Their coffee is great, it's brilliant! Theirs is the best coffee I've had in a long while. Will stop in again, for sure. Plus, This neat little shop sells good pies at good prices.

We always visit Brearley’s Bakery whenever we pass through Cardwell. They have the best pies in Australia, so far!

Highly recommend their beef and mushy peas, among their many excellent pies. There were lots of available flavours and the pies have a flaky top. My companions enjoyed their choices, too!

Whenever I'm back in Cardwell, I'm a repeat customer! The sweets are good and their pies have generous fillings and yummy, flaky pastry. The best pies in town and even in the far north, possibly. Keep up the good work!

The shop is clean! The staff are also very attentive and they provide service that's always friendly. Plus, the food is yummy and the prices are reasonable.
