Bad experience. Bought a reid boost e scooter from there, the stem of the scooter snapped! while i was riding it so i could have been badly injured. Dropped it in about a month ago and this is the start of the long wait. Manager called me and said he doesn't think it would be repaired under warranty due to the tyre being broken (called them previously about this) but i hadn't got the chance to bring it down. So apparently this is grounds for the scooter not being repaired under warranty. I contact reid and they say they haven't received any contact from anaconda kawana waters about this issue. I then call anaconda again because they won't call me back and they said it would need to be repaired. I say ok and its been 2 weeks since then. No call back! Very bad customer service and this is my last avenue. Had a friend who i encouraged to by the scooter snap aswell. And looking through the reviews on anacondas website this has happened to other people!! Stay far far away.
