I’m Lee from Always Plumbing I see we have one bad review regarding a toilet repair at a price of 2000 dollars I’m very shocked at this I’m am guessing they are referring to another company I am aware there is All Ways Plumbing on the coast as well Otherwise I’m stumped by their review Thanking you

We had a blocked toilet due to a root. All that was needed was a small concrete area to be cut and a small section of the pipe to be replaced. We were charged over $2000. Having dealt with other plumbers we would NOT recommend "Always Plumbing" due to the cost, but also because it was not dealt with immediately and took 3 trips over 3 days. The reason for the 3 trips was that he did not have the right tools. The first trip was 30 minutes. The second trip was 2 hours. The third trip was 4 hours (a large part of it was waiting for the concrete to dry).
