Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Yes, on arrival we will require a $200.00 Security Bond as a pre authorisation on your credit card

Is after hours check-in available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When you arrive at our front doors, use the phone to contact our after hours service. They will let you into the foyer and open the safe for you to pick up keys to your apartment and the car park. There will also be information about Aloha and contact numbers if you need assistance

It is usually possible to arrange a late check out with reception. Charges apply.

When do I have to pay a deposit?

After making the reservation 50% of the total amount will be charged on the Card provided and the remaining balance within 7 days of Check-in Date. Please note, all credit card transactions attract a 2% surcharge.

Yes, reception can help you with tickets for all our Gold Coast attractions and transfers.

Yes, we have FREE WiFi access in all apartments for our guests.

What facilities do you have?

Accepted Answer

We have an outdoor pool, smaller children's pool, spa and sauna, a half tennis court, table tennis and a basketball hoop; an outdoor BBQ in a garden setting and separate children's play area. Montezuma's Mexican Restaurant is also on-site.  Secretarial services including printing, photocopying and faxing are available at reception. Charges apply.

Is there car parking available?

Yes, we have undercover parking for one vehicle per apartment - A charge of $20 per night apply (For stays longer than 3 nights a maximum charge of $60 will be collected for parking during the whole stay).  Car Park Vehicle Height Limit is 1.90m.

Is all linen provided?

Yes, all linen and towels are provided. We also provide complimentary starter items such as milk, tea and coffee sachets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap and toilet paper.  There are supermarkets nearby for additional items.

How often are the rooms serviced?

We provide a complimentary service and linen change for guests staying 8 nights or longer. All our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have full laundry facities with washing machine and clothes dryer.

Where can I buy groceries locally?

Woolworths and Coles are both in Surfers Paradise. There are also many convenience stores scattered throughout Surfers Paradise.

Our great central location means we are close to over 500 restaurants and shops with dining and shopping opportunities to suit every tast and budget

Is there public transport nearby?

Yes, there is a light rail stop at the corner of Trickett St and Surfers Paradise Boulevard. The bus stop is just a short walk. Theme park transfers pick up across the street from Aloha.

There are many local attractions in Surfers Paradise. Dracula's Haunted House, Infinity, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Fun Time Adrenalin Park, Timezone Funtasia and many other attractions.  Gold Coast's Theme parks are within easy distance.

How far away is the race track?

The Gold Coast Turf Club is 4.6 kilometers away. A free bus service to the track is available on race days.
