The Aim of Megan Jones Yoga is to to bring quality education, treatments and products to the community and those looking for alternative health options and lifestyle choices. Keeping in mind that prevention is better than cure, these therapies help to encourage us to have an active role in our own health care. The practises of Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation are taught in a safe, friendly and open manner with no religious bias or preferences. These practises are taught in the traditional classical yoga form. Megan Jones Yoga came together in 1997 to fill a need in professional alternative health care and to encourage a healthy mind and body calmness. Megan is available for Yoga as a Therapy, Psych-K®️, Aromatherapy, Massage and Lymphatic Massage by appointment only.
