A refreshing experience!! Both myself and husband had nothing but bad experiences at the few places we had taken our car in the city area and paid dearly for it.. With Bob Parkes from the outset we received very professional service, polite, and generally very helpful and courteous and with a smile! They dropped me home a kilometre up the road after dropping car off and picked me up with a genuine smile, I realise it's only close but who gives that service these days! The tow bar looked amazing, does the job well and there were no dirty finger marks over the car door or car seat etc. A job well done with excellent old fashioned service from all the guys that handled it. Thankyou to all the crew. 5*****
