Everyone was lovely to deal with especially Dani who came out for the quote and gave me some great advice on what would work best for my space.

We were given great advice when we started our building renovation. "Hire a building consultant" who is independent from the building company we engaged to carry out the work. An independent building consultant will help you: 1. A.S. are met 2. If variations are implied, your consultant can tell you if they really do need to be implemented or can suggest a workaround 3. Help you understand your legal rights 4. Help you understand building principles and regulations 5. Peace of mind We hired Stuart as our consultant and on one occasion our builder tried to hit us with a $14,000 additional fee that I thought we would definitely have to come up with. My wife said let's get Stuart. He met us on site, he showed us an alternative that cost us a total of $1,260 including Stuart's fees. What a saving! Stuart is a brilliant building consultant.

Could not fault the service Scott and his team provided. Good old fashioned service that you don't see much these days. We received a prompt and detailed quote which was fulfilled completely. In two days they stripped out our worn out roof, installed the new and completely removed the rubbish. Fantastic. The old roof was problematic and could have given a variation to contract, but no, the work was done with no cost increase. Thanks Scott great job and it looks great.
