Locked out of my unit at 10am on a Sunday morning, I'd never had to hire anyone for this before, my place was impenetrable. I didn't even know what they could do, what was possible; who the heck was going to be available on a Sunday morning and what small fortune is it gonna cost? He arrived in 45 minutes, got me inside in 2, and cost 100 bucks. He vastly exceeded my expectations and cost a fraction of what I was expecting (and had a machine I could just tap my card on). Nice, kind bloke too. If you find yourself in this stressful as heck position, don't break anything! Call Guardian, find a cool place to sit, take some deep breaths, you'll be home before you know it.

What a great experience it was to engage the services of Troy's company. I initially liaised with another local company, but after 5 attempts by me, phone calls and detailed emails, I did not hear back until after I booked Troy. I found Troy online and contacted him at 8pm. By 7.20am the next day I had a response. Once I provided all the information his business needed I received a call to fix my doors, the next day. Unfortunately I was on a plane going south. Upon contacting Renee who left a voicemail I managed to confirm a booking for a locksmith at my earliest convenience upon my return. Renee explained how their locksmith plans our booking, precisely and courtiesly. Because of this response I made the booking without any hesitation. Jaiden, the locksmith contacted me 45 minutes prior to the booking to confirm that he was on his way. Jaiden's professional manner and service is a credit to Troy's company. We recently required an after hours locksmith to secure a relatives home who was away at the time. All the security screen door locks and other door locks had been vandalised during an attempted break in. We called an Eddie Williams employee named Jai who promptly attended the home. He was very polite and efficient and had the home fully secured in no time. We were all so grateful for that level of service after hours and under such stressful circumstances.
