A Path To Wellness provides kinesiology, soul healing & massage services. Kinesiology healing transmutes all stress and trauma from the energy systems allowing the body to heal physically, mentally and emotionally. Ideal for anxiety, pain, trauma, digestion/nutrition, allergies, life blocks, relationships, past life/ancestral healing. My massage treatments are modified to your needs. I provide treatments related to deep tissue, sports, spinal and structural alignments, trigger point release, cupping and lymphatic drainage.

For 30 years I searched for something I knew I wanted to do, I couldn't find it until Reiki and Reflexology ‘found’ me after a challenging time in my life. Ever since, they have been instrumental in my life. When I started this journey, I had never had a treatment and had no understanding of either. I was inspired and excited from the start. I couldn’t wait to qualify so I could practice. Since 1999, I have seen clients experience the benefits of the treatments and this deepens my passion every time. Having worked in the Corporate world for 30 years, I understand the challenges clients may have in that setting. Through the years, I have taught Reiki I, Reiki II and Reflexology. Volunteering at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre for three years, I heard patients report great benefits from treatments.
