Susan Hayden is a certified Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner. She uses techniques that work with the subconscious mind to permanently transform and reprogram outdated and unproductive behaviours, including limiting beliefs and thought patterns. Susan has a passion for whole-food plant-based eating and is an advocate for the teachings of Anthony Williams, the ‘Medical Medium’. She has overcome her own decade-long chronic health issue by using food to help heal and nourish her body. Susan is also a yoga teacher who specialises in both the Vinyasa and Yin yoga methodologies. Her love for yoga has expanded exponentially over the past 25 years and the insights and personal growth it has afforded her has become fundamental to her day-to-day life.
