I use various tools such as mindfulness, breathwork, Non-violent communication, polyvagal therory and Somatic Freedom psychotherapy to reveal beliefs and defence mechanisms that lay in the unconscuious. By connecting into the ever present and available living Earth all human beings have the opportunity to reconnect to their innate essence of self understanding, wildness and infinite beauty.
