We aim to provide a safe, fun and energetic environment for you to meet new people, work up a sweat and take time out for you. Pole dancing is for every woman, no matter your age, shape or fitness level. We have heard all the fears, “too weak”, “uncoordinated”, “not flexible”, “too heavy” and many more excuses, but we promise, you don’t need to cross any of these things off your list before you reach out to us.
