The gym has received two major renovations since then, our latest look oozing high performance and charm to suit the character of the 60-year-old building. The stunning ocean views provide a serene backdrop for your workouts and add a touch of tranquility to your fitness routine. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with a dedicated free weights zone, power lifting platforms, the latest cardio equipment, open training spaces, It also features the Hot Yoga studio, Pilates studio and fitness studio for HIIT and strength group-training sessions and so much more.
