Ben graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy Studies from the University of Queensland in 2005 and has been in private practice on the Sunshine Coast since 2006. Ben’s special interest in physiotherapy is back and hip rehabilitation and ergonomic workstation design for neck and shoulder pain. Established in 2012 by Dr Ben Gaffney Physiotherapist, Resilience Physiotherapy serves the Sunshine coast from Buddina (Kawana) and Forest Glen, providing professional Physiotherapy care for all. Hi, I'm Anna. Being active is in my blood. I grew up on a farm, rode horses and ran competitively as a youngster before turning to the bicycle for my endorphin fix and mode of transport. When I got pregnant I was determined to maintain my strength and fitness but my body had other ideas. After a very challenging nine months I turned to Pilates to help me in my recovery. Pilates helped me regain my strength and confidence in my own body, but also challenged my definition of health.
