He was always on-site when he said he would be and always organised. Sven'™s knowledge of construction ensured that the building work progressed smoothly. He always managed and scheduled subcontractors and the delivery of building materials to ensure an orderly progression. The site was always left safe and tidy. Detailed quotes and invoices were provided at the required intervals“ allowing us to confidently manage cash flow throughout the build. Ryan and his workers completed an unusual shed build that needed to completed to non-standard specifications and they achieved this with ease. There were also a number of timing and physical constraints to the site that he accommodated happily. Throughout the build there was clear and timely communication about the process and we were consulted during the problem solving staged to ensure that the end would suit the purpose. Thoroughly enjoyable build without any obvious hitches. On time, on budget. He has a motto that he delivers on, "Quality Construction, Planned to perfection". Now I'm planning the next thing that I'd like him to work on.
