We were given great advice when we started our building renovation. "Hire a building consultant" who is independent from the building company we engaged to carry out the work. An independent building consultant will help you: 1. A.S. are met 2. If variations are implied, your consultant can tell you if they really do need to be implemented or can suggest a workaround 3. Help you understand your legal rights 4. Help you understand building principles and regulations 5. Peace of mind We hired Stuart as our consultant and on one occasion our builder tried to hit us with a $14,000 additional fee that I thought we would definitely have to come up with. My wife said let's get Stuart. He met us on site, he showed us an alternative that cost us a total of $1,260 including Stuart's fees. What a saving! Stuart is a brilliant building consultant.

Recently, my house was in need of some touch ups and I wanted to get it done right. After doing some research, I decided to go with Prestige Home Transformations for the job. They offer roof painting services using Colorbond products developed by Dulux. With their help, they were able to replace screws, repair minor damage and ensure that our roof is leak-free before the coating system could be applied. The job went very smoothly once we got started and the paint application process was completed quickly - a testament to how experienced their team is! We can not praise the Evans Painting Contractors team enough. The hard work put in to restore our 1930's Double Gable Queenslander was unbelievable. We asked Aaden to quote our house because so many people were completely satisfied with his work. Well, we are joining the crowd now. Aaden, is a complete professional. It's a big place, and full of furniture. We went away for the three weeks it took Aden and his equally professional employee to complete the work. We came back to what I can only say is perfection. There wasn't a spec of paint anywhere it shouldn't have been, the cutting in was better than I've seen. I admit I went around looking for problems, there were none. We've now asked Aaden to come to another state to paint inside and out, our other property. If you want a professional to do your painting for you, ask Aaden.

We had Shaun and his team fix a range of different things on the property and there was barely anything him and his team couldn't do. Big jobs as painting our house and to small jobs changing light bulbs, nothing was to big or little for them. Everything was done at a honest and reasonable price.
