Scott was just wonderful, very pleasant and accommodating. The room was small but very well set out and extremely clean. Also, it had the best shower that I've had in a hotel/motel for a long time.

Had a family member admitted into Newcastle hospital - was required to stay overnight - room was basic but had everything we needed, clean and comfy- this is one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at !! Would definitely stay again!

Great large timber lined room, very comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Made us feel so welcome. Great meal deals in Bistro but very busy on weekend but not a problem if you have time. Great convenient location

A big Thank You to the Management Team at Newsa. Had some maintenance issues in one of the properties and they came and fixed them on the same day. I have heard of many occasions with some other accommodation providers who never fix maintenance issues for years if at all. Well done people and greatly appreciated. :-)
