CrossTrain - Circuit training using a variety of equipment and exercises including kettlebells, battling ropes, dumbbells, suspension trainers, gym rings, resistance bands, fit balls, torsonator etc. Designed to increase lean muscle and reduce fat while increasing aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
