If you didn't buy your car here, don't bother with the service department. I had my Mondeo in for a week to get the fuel pump replaced only to find continuing issues with the fuel system that had me return 3 times to get it finally fixed. Each time I was put on the back of the line with "no courtesy car available", meaning I had to borrow vehicles to get to work and take my family anywhere. After the initial work was done, they failed to mention that they destroyed one of the electrical connectors to the pump and did a dodgy repair on it and hoped for the best. Three days in the shop led to a simple repair and a solution to my problems. This could have been avoided if they owned up to the mistake and fixed it, I dread to think of what else they did to my car. Overall the staff were friendly on the phone, but not very helpful until I was in for $5600 in repairs. Even then, there was no priority given to the job and their poor work led to mistakes. If you have the choice to use another mechanic without voiding your warranty, I highly recommend it.
