He was prompt on time, a very quick worker, comes in and gets the job done at a very good price. Extremely friendly and efficient. Might just be the best sparky in Cairns. This is the second system we have had from FNQ Hot Water and have had excellent service both time. We followed Henry's advice, for the 1st one and did not get the common model on the market at that time and were never disappointed. The first system, an Edwards, did not fail; it had to be removed as the house was pulled down. We rarely used a booster and had more hot water than needed. When we got the present system, he took the old one away free of charge. Great service. High recommend. He knows his product.
