Adrenalin Fitness & Squash is located at 36 Kew Road Laurieton, a 5minute walk from the main street of Laurieton and offers convenient parking. Adrenalin Fitness & Squash has new equipment and offers Personal Training which is tailored to your needs, Personal Assessments and Programs, along with a range of popular group fitness classes: X-Train, Circuit, Balance, ZOOO Bodyweight Training, Boxing, Express Abs and Pole Dancing in our private air conditioned classroom. There are also two Squash & Racquet Ball Courts for Squash Competitions or as an alternate activity for family fitness and fun. We sell a range of Peak Sports Shoes, Gym Merchandise, EHP Labs, Balance Muscle Technology and Aussie Bodies Protein products. There are shower facilities for Men and Women and Adrenalin Fitness & Squash Centre is where you will find 'The Hair Boutique' Hair Salon, 'Perfection Beauty' Beauty Therapy and 'The Massage Mechanic'.
