I found Harry’s ham & pineapple pizza was as quoted by Matt Preston disgusting disgustingly good. There was plenty of ham it was real strips not your usual sprinkling the pineapple was fresh, I had to eat it all as I didn’t want anyone else to endure the above mentioned pizza. Seriously I will be back again because the size was filling also the crust was cooked perfectly.

We bought the bakery in 2018, recognising that it was a unique and growing business with a loyal customer base who demand exceptional quality. We soon grew into a tight-knit, passionate staff who believe in treating our customers like family. Our talented bakers pour their heart into everything we sell. We are one of the few bakeries in Newcastle that bake all our gluten-free items fresh on the premises. We strive to uphold the strictest guidelines to provide a safe environment for creating fresh, mouth-watering gluten-free products. You can be assured that our processes are thorough and consistent. The Blind Baker uses only the best, freshest ingredients to ensure our gluten-free sweet and savoury baked goods are of the highest quality and taste simply amazing! Come in and try our gluten-free lemonade or savoury scones. Our artisan sourdough is made daily using time-honoured, traditional methods. The ‘mother dough’ we use at the beginning of the baking process has been growing for years, producing an exceptional bread. Sourdough is very popular, not just because it tastes incredible but also because of the health benefits it provides. It is low in sugar, is packed with a variety of nutrients and is beneficial for gut health. We opened the doors in 2004 to our first restaurant in Hawthorn, VIC. Healthy burgers (including plant-based options for our veggie loving friends) are now on the menu. From day one we’ve walked the walk turning this belief into a daily practice. It’s how we did it back then and how we still do it today, the Grill’d Kotara way. Making burgers doesn’t make us the same as fast food. We’re not their alternative. We are the solution. Guilt-free, healthy burgers you don’t need a hangover for. It’s been our focus, our passion, our point of difference since the beginning. Sourcing grass-fed beef and lamb has always been our priority, in 2010 we achieved this for 100% of our supply. We’ve used cage free eggs since the beginning, but in 2011 our friends at RSPCA awarded us the Good Egg Award – just to make it official. The Low Carb SuperBun lands on our menu and our carb-counting friends rejoiced. Sourcing RSPCA Approved chicken became our new normal.
