Airlie Beach Fishing Charters was born out of owner/operator Jake Neville's passion for fishing. He has been a mad fisho for most of his life, and will take any and every opportunity to get out on the water. Its this passion that lead him to provide some of the finest fishing tours the Whitsundays has to offer. Jake has fished in the Tiwi Islands, and throughout the far north of Queensland over many years. At Airlie Beach Fishing Charters, Jake has also secured Wayne Seddon as our other skipper. Wayne holds a Master V qualification, and has a serious career as a fisherman. Wayne can definitely bring the best opportunity to catch the big ones. Sea Fever offer full day and overnight/live-aboard trips (1-5 nights) to the Great Barrier Reef from the Port of Airlie. We cater for all styles of fishing, including game and sportfishing, popper casting, jigging and reef fishing. Since our inception in 2009, Sea Fever has earned a solid reputation as a hardworking, friendly and highly skilled fishing operation. For day charters you can choose from either a share charter or private charter. With early departures, we steam past islands to the reef, to remote reefs, giving you the best opportunity of catching quality fish and ensuring a full day of fishing is had. Trips include Shimano and Live Fibre rods, Shimano reels, bait, tackle, catering, bottled water, soft drinks, tea and coffee. For the ultimate fishing experience you can't go past our extended charters. These trips are on a private charter basis, for a maximum of 4 passengers. Our fishing obsessed crew are professional and courteous and have years of experience fishing the local waters.
