Excellent customer service - tried on 6 different pairs in different sizes and the sales rep was polite, helpful and enthusiastic the entire way through. Even my 9 year old stepson had a great experience, because they treated him seriously too.

If you are looking for good old fashioned service go to The Shoe Barn in Hyde Park. After a recent visit to the store I decided it must be one of a very few places that offer the kind of service we used to get in the "good old days". Helpful staff, good quality products at a reasonable price so I would recommend anyone looking for shoes, bags etc to call in. You won't be sorry I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 rating (Only because no one is perfect).
