Queenslanders with Disability Network (QDN) is a state-wide organisation of, by, and for people with diverse disability. All our work is focused on disability rights and advocacy. QDN’s work is centred around a strong network of people across Queensland and almost 30 peer support groups which inform, connect, lead, and influence change. We believe there should be ‘nothing about us without us’. We are a vibrant, active network of influencers, decision-makers, spokespeople, consultants, group members and peer leaders with a drive to make change happen. We also work on projects that align with our vision and mission around important issues in the lives of people with disability. We believe it’s important to work together with communities, services, business, industry and government to lead and influence change. QDN is a not-for-profit organisation.

We have over 10 years of experience in leading the delivery of primary healthcare services in Rural Queensland. We bring together a diverse set of skills from a wide variety of healthcare backgrounds to provide quality support services for our participants. As an NDIS registered provider, we are committed to delivering high-quality support services to help people with disabilities live their best lives. Apart from providing NDIS registration, we also provide disability services in Australia, which are designed to support and assist people with disabilities. CareLynx was officially founded in 2016, but our experience goes back much further. With over 25 years of experience under their belt, our founders began nurse advising services. This support included implementing clinical systems for aged care facilities in remote communities they were supporting. We identified that many of these services had been on a cycle of non-compliance for many years. Setting up the systems was one thing — keeping them running was another. Determined not to be just another group of consultants that left a report of recommendations on the shelf, the concept of ongoing remote clinical support together with a cloud based platform was born.
