BEWARE!! This is the salon is linked to Imagine Education, students have been passed on modules they didn't even show competency in.
How are these people allowed to operate?
Imagine Education Australia general manager Rowan Hinton said the allegations in Ms Mirjana's complaint were 'completely unfounded'. That statement is completely false, how can they be 'completely unfounded' when I have evidence and audit complaint results from ASQA that prove otherwise?
He said Ms Mirjana took the complaint to the Office of Fair Trading which, he said, dismissed the claim and closed the matter. - Sounds great! but Fair trading do not investigate complaints. I took the complaint to ASQA who investigates complaints who found issues I had mentioned, the manager who signed off the file did not dismiss my claims at all but in fact agreed with me. She said there are a range of options the college could provide me with, that included a refund.
The training college only offered for me to continue training there. Why would anyone want to continue training at a dodgy college who don't even admit any mistakes and believe they have always delivered training accordingly?
'The college representatives were satisfied that we had gone above and beyond all of our academic and pastoral care requirements for this student', he said. The manager from AQSA who signed off on my complaint completely understands how I was not satisfied with their response. They only provided me with the option to continue studying there. They didn't go above and beyond at all.
That's what you get from choosing to study in dodgy private industry.
I look forward to the court date and posting the results of the case.
