Newcastle Ballet Theatre will be offering a wide range of classes for tiny tots, to beginners to pre-professionals and adults. In addition to our ACB syllabus and open ballet classes, we will also be offering Boys Classes, Pas de Deux, Contemporary, Jazz/Hip Hop, Pilates, Stretch / Conditioning Tiny Tots ballet, Adult ballet classes and a full time training program designed for the serious student wishing to have a career as a professional dancer or teacher. At Bella's Pole Studio, we combine a perfect mix of strengthening, toning, stretching and cardio, all for a phenomenal full body workout. We build your strength gradually by incorporating strength and flexibility training into the floor work portion of all our levels of classes. All classes are designed for women ONLY and are for all ages (must be over 16), shapes, sizes and fitness levels. There are 8 week courses, private training and free information and viewing sessions (week 8 of each term).
