Catherine has executed our late mothers will and also conveyed the sale of Mum's property. During our time dealing with Catherine we found her to be extremely sympathetic but also very thorough and understanding, always answering any questions asked without hesitation. We actually didn't use Warland Conveyancing for the purchase of our house, though the people we bought our house from did. Our conveyancer was quite unorganised, so I just wanted to say thanks to these guys for being so patient. They were very professional and if the need ever came for me to move again, then I would definitely look at using them to do my conveyancing.
