Having dealt with Alpha Strata for a number of years now, I find their assistance in handling Body Corporate Issues as they arise invaluable. Their professionalism is 1st class as is their approach is fixing any issues that arise. I have dealt with other Body Corporate Managers over the years and find Alpha Strata by far the most helpful Body Corporate Manager. Nothing is a problem.

We are unique in that we have our Body Corporate Managers and a team of support staff dedicated to assisting them-and YOU. Most other managers try to organise everything themselves but we have a whole team. The problem is if you cannot get a hold of your manager then no one else can answer your questions. We work 'together' so if one person is busy then usually someone else is able to assist. We specialise in smaller schemes up to 50-60 lots. 247 complexes-total 2200 units. Our staff is happy to assist rather providing a ‘not our job' attitude. Many of our staff are long-standing and our turnover of staff is next to nil so you can see and talk to the same people all the time and we know what is happening. We employ happy vibrant and helpful people with the same 'what can I do for you' attitude. No job is too hard and we understand the stress that it causes when things are not right within your complex. We have a sympathetic approach to every matter.

I like these people, they take the time to help you. They answer the phone every time, and if they say they are going to call back..they do! With so many units here they are in charge of, I am impressed by their management skills. Nothing goes unnoticed and forgotten here :)
