We are a licensed Mercantile Agency with our headquarters located in Townsville, Australia. We manage agents over the North Queensland area covering Bowen to the south, Cardwell to the north and west to Charters Towers (locations outside this area by negotiation).

We are part of a national network, with capacity to serve documents on Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Hobart. Our standard for all major centres is up to three attempts at an address, as a minimum. We also provide an affidavit of service (or attempted service, as relevant).
