The Body Hub Personal Training & Group Fitness Hi, my name is Adam Harris. I'm born and bred in Sydney and moved up to the Central Coast five years ago with my wife and baby daughter. I am a qualified Master Personal Trainer and have loads of experience within the sporting arena including playing first grade cricket in Sydney and playing professionally in the UK. I've played State level soccer and have coached junior and senior representative sides in both cricket and soccer for many years. I set up The Body Hub to pursue my dream of being able to help people take the first step in improving their health and fitness, becoming motivated and committed to empower themselves to improve their lifestyle and habits. I have a passion for helping people set their goals, and being part of the ongoing journey to achieve them. I hope you'll find my services and programs life-changing. We design programs for individuals, couples, and groups, all delivered by a qualified master personal trainer. We specialise in functional training, which will provide you with increased speed, strength, mobility and flexibility that you need to move through everyday life. My qualifications include; Certificate III in Fitness, Certificate IV in Fitness, Master Trainer level 1, Punchfit Accredited Trainer, Senior First Aider, and high level coaching certificates cricket and soccer.
