The Gympie Regional Gallery is housed in the beautiful and original School of Arts Building, built in 1905. It is a community oriented gallery celebrating its own professional and amateur artists whilst introducing to the community a reasonable range of high quality shows from elsewhere in Australia. The Art Gallery promotes the development of the arts as an integral part of the lives and industry of the local community bringing educational opportunities, cultural enrichment, economic and social benefits to the entire region.

Capturing life through the lens has been Oran’s passion for life. Oran so proud to now be able to offer his photos to you for your interior decor be it home or office. Oran was born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel. He started taking photo’s 19 years ago. Once finished in the Israeli Army he studied at Musrara College in Jerusalem. Majoring in both photography and art. Starting off in the city as a nightlife/club photographer he then evolved into more of a studio-based artist. Oran focused on Newborns, Maternity and wedding event photography. 8 years ago, Oran left Jerusalem for the Big Island of Hawaii and it was here he really started to dedicate his photography to landscapes. Oran’s passion truly lies in thought provoking imagery. Only 4 years ago he decided to make Australia and more specifically Noosa his home. He now lives in Noosa full time capturing all the incredible shots you can see when you visit him at Oran Hassidim Photography gallery on Sunshine Beach Road, Noosa Heads, Queensland. This is his second gallery open to the public. At the Sunshine Beach Rd gallery, you can come and see his photographs from both his beloved Nikon and DJI.

The Birdcatcher Gallery is brimming with creations that I have made myself. I sell signed copies of my poetry books and I also create ceramics with my poems inscribed in them. There are magical fairies and abstract art that is bright and beautiful. What I make is unique and comes from my heart. Come and get lost for a little while, you will find art, you will find magic and you might even find yourself.
