That's what Anthony Parker, and his team of Building Designers, have been providing for over 30 years. The company's services include the design of new homes, alterations & additions, dual occupancies, and town house developments. We are also experienced in designing low rise units, small lot housing and commercial projects. Designs for individual clients have ranged from small alterations and additions to large bespoke homes. Major projects include residences on acreage & waterfront properties and numerous townhouse, dual occupancy and small commercial developments. We can design the custom design home to suit your requirements as well as any Council guidelines. We have been operating in the Lake Macquarie & Newcastle region since 2009 and in Sydney before that, so our experience with their Council's Development Control Plans (DCP) is unsurpassed. Our fees can be based on hourly rates or by project. We never overcharge. We never go over budget. And we often exceed clients' expectations. Architects

Lewis and Zwart Architecture is a Newcastle based Architectural company that was formed in 2012 by Abigail Lewis and Troy Zwart. We have over 30 years of combined experience and have helped deliver a wide range of projects. Our residential projects have ranged from small alterations and additions to large custom designed houses and medium density multi-unit developments. We also have experience in commercial, educational, institutional and medical projects including office fit-outs, community and school libraries and community sporting facilities. In every project we seek to foster a culture of integrity, quality and creativity. We hold these values in high regard as we deliver our clients' projects with imagination and flair.

Our design team is made up of Martin O'Toole and Andrew Lowden, graduated from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) in 1996 with honours. Our team approach to design encourages our clients to participate throughout the design process. During this process we explore as many lateral design solutions as possible to reflect our clients individuality and to produce exciting, functional and unique designs. Design philosophy...
