My fiancée and i went to the Port Macquarie Hotel a few months ago for a few hours, and I still remember it was such a great night. The bar staff were very friendly and we got our drinks quick, and the staff member behind the dragon bar was awesome. We look forward to going again!

What touched me most was the way Toby sat down with me for much needed encouraging words of comfort before I faced the inevitable. He was patient and understanding, and he really made me feel that I wasn't alone in this difficult journey. His empathy and genuine care made the whole situation easier to bear.
