To add products to your order after it's been finalised, log into 'My Account,' go to 'My Orders' and select the order you wish to change. The items from your original order will be automatically placed in your 'Cart', so you can continue adding more items. Once you've finished adding to your order, simply proceed to Checkout.

Purchase refunds are often received via credit card, Woolworths gift card, or a store credit. Each refund type Will depend on the payment method of the item. Credit card purchases are either refunded back to the same credit card that made the purchase, or a Woolworths gift card is generated for the refund amount.
