Told us we had a leaking head gasket ,we didnt .told us we needed a new ball joint ,we needed 4,only interested in making money for themselves, didnt act in our best interest ,its all about making as much as they can out of you

I had an engine management light come in this morning when heading north to 1770, called Ultra Tune 20 minutes out and when I arrived Nathan was straight out to my car, had my car assessed and my family back on the road for our holiday in no time!!

Two weeks ago.. Very nice blokes but almost $700 later we are 'pedestrians' once again, that is, until we save the cash for a new mechanic to finally get our car fixed and running - without the ever present fear that it's about to blow up. Sorry guys, but not as sorry as us :-(

Ultra Tune Maryborough has a new Manager and I am very impressed with the excellent customer service and competent work carried out on my vehicle. I contacted the new Manager who listened and acted on my concerns. I had a new starter motor placed in my car a short time ago and a few days ago it started to malfunction. I was advised that it would be replaced at no charge as it was covered by the warranty. I can highly recommend this business as the Manager treated me with respect,integrity and honesty. The mechanical repairs were done in a timely manner. I must confess I had a poor experience previously and was hesitant to return however I was pleasantly surprised this time. I would recommend Maryborough Ultra Tune and trust that the Maryborough Community would support local businesses. Thankyou for the awesome reception on this visit.

Best people in the business. They really do go above and beyond to make sure they can do everything for you. Very knowledgeable both front office and workshop staff. If you look after your vehicle and want to keep it that way, these are the people to work with but If you you are a difficult person to start with, if you don't look after your vehicle, and you want someone to perform some sort of extraordinary magic on it for the price of a packet of smokes, you'll probably find the result will be just same anywhere else you go. Keep up the good work Ultratune Maryborough!! A+
