At Top Dog Pest Control, we are a local, family owned and operated business bringing back the art of quality service and good advice. After spending thousands of dollars for Greg's recommended termite barrier, termite spraying and follow up inspections, with the last one being in Feb 24, we have found active termites again. I contacted Greg to ask if he could come out to treat the area himself, as I don't have faith in his other staff members, as the last one made me feel uncomfortable and told me it was only a bandaid solution that he was doing and refused to spray a less than 2metre long retaining wall as it "would be a waste of their product and his time" this retaining wall now needs to be replaced as it wasn't treated when asked. Also during the previous inspection by another staff member, I had to go to a doctors appointment and he said he would wait outside until my husband got home, in about 5-10min. My husband arrived home in 5min and the guy was inside our bedroom instead of waiting outside like we agreed to. Greg has refused to come out again to treat the new infestation, I am very disappointed.

Evidently our version of events and interactions that both myself, our office staff and technicians have all had with you Jenny diverge significantly. We would encourage you to reference our comprehensive email that was sent to you last week detailing the countless recommendations across multiple reports, and conversations that provided advice on changes that needed to be made to your property, by you, to aid in the reduction of termite risk and infestation. To date not a single piece of advice has been adhered to by you (the client). We would again highly encourage you to take action on these recommendations to prevent termite activity in the future. If any client refuses to adhere to the advice given, does not meet outlined requirements, or refuses to remove termite conducive conditions over time, we reserve the right to refuse service moving forward. Due to these factors, we made the decision to terminate our working relationship.
