Absolutely blown away by the service we received today. Our daughter’s car broke down in a car park in Byron Bay - the ignition barrel was seized preventing her from starting her car. She called us in Brisbane to help solve this problem! She called a local locksmith in Byron but they provided no help and a local mechanic and NRMA offered no assistance either. We searched for other options and found Terry’s Locksmith based in Burleigh. Marty? in their office was extremely helpful understood the problem and said they can certainly help her out in Byron Bay. Henry, from Terry’s then contacted us to offer some alternatives to try to get the car started - just in case . He was great with extra advice and options . He gave us costings on him heading to Byron or getting the car towed to their workshop. In the end, Henry went to Byron and fixed the car!!! This all happened within a few hours on a Saturday!! The price of all this was absolutely fair and reasonable and the service was priceless!

Amazing service, locked myself out of my car with it still running at 7pm! Called Terry's Locksmith and Lee turned up within 10minutes and quickly got my car unlocked

Jak did an excellent job cutting replacement keys for 2 old caravan locks. He also installed a strong exterior padlock for extra security. We are in Kingscliff NSW. Communication snd response time were excellent! Thank you!

A big shout out to Nigel from Terry's Locksmith for the prompt service to unlock my front door after locking myself out. I called & within 10 minutes he arrived & not long after that I was in. Fantastic service from the receptionist to the final entrance!!!!
